Payment Policies.

  1. Any cancellation of already paid classes made by MDA will be made up by the athlete at a practice they are not already signed up for. The athlete is responsible for scheduling and communicating with coaches.

  2. At a minimum, club registration fees, USA Diving Memberships, and first payment (based on your payment plan) must be made 24 hours prior to a diver participating in the first practice. For all following practices, a minimum of the current practice’s payment must be made prior to the beginning of class.

  3. If payments are not made on time, the athlete will receive one warning per season. After the warning, they will be suspended from practice until the payment is complete.

  4. Payments for the program (amount varies depending on the selected payment plan) and registration fee must be paid online through SportsEngine when registering for each session. 

  5. If a diver’s fees are not paid in accordance with any payment agreements in-full by the last day of the session, the diver(s) will not be allowed to register or participate in the following season with MDA. 

  6. USA Diving membership fees are separate from MDA. Please check their policies for more information.

  7. Refunds will be made at MDA’s discretion.
