Precharge competitions (USA Diving Regionals/Zone/Nationals) 
For our competitive divers, participation in these three meets is essential. Hence, we'll be pre-charging a total of $550 per diver to cover these events. If any of our recreational divers are interested in participating in these meets, please contact me first. 

• Family Discounts:

  • If you have multiple divers in the family, please note that the second and third child will be eligible for a 15% discount on their meet precharge.

• Flexible Payment Options:

• Installment Payment:  You can pay $550 through 3 installments of $183.33 each during the Spring, Fall and Summer sessions. 

• One-Time Payment: Or you can make a one-time payment and receive a 10% discount,  bringing your total down to to $495. 

• Refund Policy:

  • Should your child not qualify for a particular meet, we will refund the corresponding amount. However, barring extreme circumstances like serious illness or injury, please note that if your child qualifies but chooses not to participate, no refunds will be issued. Being part of the competitive group means these three meets are mandatory. 

To offset additional expenses, we're looking into fundraising opportunities. One such initiative is the clinic scheduled for 10/28. Your support in spreading the word would be invaluable. Additionally, I'm actively scouting for more clinic opportunities in the upcoming session. 

Other Meet Cost 

For competitions outside of the precharged three meets, costs will be settled directly with the coaches post-competition.

• Local Meet

• These only involve a coaching fee. Expect to pay $120 for a half-day meet and $150/day for a full day. For meets extending beyond a single day, the total fee will be calculated based on the rates mentioned above (e.g., a 1.5-day meet would cost $270). Subsequently, this amount will be divided evenly among the participating divers.

• Travel Meet

• The detailed price breakdown (attached) will guide these expenses. You'll cover coaching fees ($150/day), airfare (if applicable), hotel, and mileage. The only travel meet we're currently planning to attend is the Badgerland Invite from 4/4-4/7. This offers a great opportunity for our divers to compete against other club divers right before regionals. For any other travel meets, it's unlikely we'll send coaches due to the associated costs. However, I can liaise with coaches who plan to attend to coach our divers. You would then only need to cover their coaching fees if they request.
